Electricity in Sikar
It was during the period of Madhav Singh that Sikar first experienced the lights of electricity. Ajmer Discom (Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd) was established based on the Companies Act of 1956 by the Rajasthan government. Ajmer Discom was created with the prime objective of carrying out the electricity supply and distribution business in eleven Rajasthan districts, namely Bhilwara, Ajmer, Udaipur, Nagaur, Doongarpur, Banswara, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Rajsamand, Chittorgarh and Pratapgarh. The total area Ajmer Discom’s operation is 87256 sq. km and the power supply here is directed by twelve circles of distribution, that is, Ajmer District, Ajmer City, Nagaur, Jhunjhunu, Banswara, Bhilwara, Sikar, Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Doongarpur, Rajsamand, and Pratapgarh.

There is should be a schedule of lights cut, without any information cut is not good. Even mid night light cut is so pathetic, next day schedule also become mismatche due to such kind mid night cut. Please look into this matter.

And central government and state governments schemes were also there pay 500 and get connection and we payed more than 10000 rupees for it And yet struggling for getting an electricity connection.what we should do? Light was being cut from the last 3 hours and still at 12:32 at night, it is not available in this extreme hot weather. Request to govn. light department to cure this problem.
